What are specifics?

You are purchasing bottles upfront at a fixed rate – this is your bottle count. Delivery fees will apply at rates applicable at the time of booking Kaiben.

PAYMENT TABLE

* This is the total amount you pay today.

Your bottle count is available for 2 years – meaning till December 2026. You only pay for delivery – as and when you order.

You can ask for deliveries in other parts of the country.

DELIVERY TERMS :

1. There is no self pickup option – even at the pressing center.
   
2. DM us for an out of turn order. Otherwise the website is the most reliable option to punch your order in time.
   
   You can also DM us we’ll punch your order for you. Though in that method your loyalty points will not accrue.
   
3. A delivery will take one of four options only –
   • 1 bottle
   • 2 bottles
   • 4 bottles
   • 10 Bottle plastic refill
     
4. We are currently arranging for visibility into courier movement. We don’t have clarity on when this feature will be available.
   
5. You can request delivery for your friend of family in any city in the country – they don’t need to pay retail price. However they still need to make their account and book from the website.

PAYMENT TERMS :

1. There will be no refund on your amount. We intend to book seeds with this money and pay the farmers directly at a negotiated price point.

2. You pay using UPI. If you choose NEFT or IMPS – please ensure your receipt has been acknowledged – we have received fraudulent receipts in the past.

3. We will send you a formal invoice once your contract has been registered. Please feel free to ask for it in case it hasn’t reached your inbox.

4. You must decide by 1st Jan 2025. We will not be able to uphold your offer after that.

YOUR ASSURANCE TERMS :

1. Price per bottle remains unchanged for the duration of your contract – 2 years.
   
2. You cannot change your contract once number of bottles is selected.
   
3. Delivery insurance is not included in these plans. That comes with the delivery fees.
   
4. This contract will end on 1st Jan 2027.
   
5. If a delivery from us is delayed beyond 15 days of your delivery date range – we will compensate with the next delivery at no charge.
   

Why has the seed price increased?

1. Hempseed base price is up by 50%.
   
2. It is expected to increase further – because of influence from the US government’s decisions. They have made Hemp an agricultural crop and the climate crisis means plastic needs an alternative.
   
3. Transport is costlier per KG now than ever before. Fresh oils have risk of spillage and our courier takes insurance fees.
   

Why is Delivery not part of the fixed price deal?

1. Because at this time I don’t own delivery systems. My dependence on a delivery partner is directly proportional to operational costs at that time. In 2 years – a lot can happen – from a currency shift to a demand surge in seed.
   
2. The delivery business in India is currently running in deficit. It’s a loss making business – i cannot afford to add this loss making unit into my operations. We both will share a non committal association – for delivery of fresh Kaiben to your doorstep.

What happens if I don’t finish my bottles in my time slot ?

1. You would be wasting the Kaiben you’ve asked us to prepare for you. Be considerate please – choose a bottle set that fits your eating pattern.
   
2. If inspite you have left over bottles – you can balance out the bottle price with your next contract bottle price.
   
3. You may also choose to gift bottles of Kaiben once in a while to people in your network – we don’t make and store Kaiben – it’s always made specially for you.
